Free online Courses - Open to All

We are pleased to offer you a few sessions, that will help you to better yourself and learn new skills - Release the potential within. 
We have been able to access some great trainers, just for you.  Why not attend all or just one, this is your choice.  Invest in yourself, spend sometime learning and meeting new people.  We are so excited for you to join us.

Self Skills Audit and Employability

Thursday 11th February 2021 @ 11.00am - 12.30pm and again @ 5.00pm - 6.30pm

The session has been designed by a human resources professional with a wealth of experience in recruitment and selection exercises. This training will provide you with the insight and skills that you need to pursue career opportunities. You will gain insight into:


  • Reviewing your own skills set and seeing different opportunities they can transfer to
  • Making memorable first impressions at interview
  • Key motivators for you
  • Identifying your skills and strengths
  • Understanding the application and CV process – what are employers looking for
  • Tips for Interview preparation



Andene Rodney, BA(Hons), MSc, FCIPD, QTLS

 

Is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. A long- standing HR Practitioner with experience across industries. Andene is currently engaged as a fee-paid Independent Panel Member with the Judicial Appointments Commission, recruiting judges across England and Wales up to the High Court level. She is also an Employer Member of the Employment Tribunal for England and sits on the disciplinary and competency committee for the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.



Life Mapping 

Thursday 21st January 2021 @ 5.00pm - 6.30pm

This will be a creative session using various visual material to produce a vision board to help you navigate your way.

Material Required:
  • A3 Sheets of paper 
  • or x2 A4 glued or sellotape together to make it A3
  • Scissors
  • Glue preferably or Sellotape.
  • Couple of magazines
